1. Before you buy
Please be mindful that we do not accept refund or return requests, only exchange. Each and every item of goods we provide are the hard work of our talent and our team, our pride and joy that we’d like to provide to each of our talents and fanbase. We’re also more than happy to assist you, our dear customer, with exchanging goods in any case of damage or defective before arrival.
2. SCAMMERS , BEWARE !!
We DO NOT do “cash on delivery” (COD) transactions. Every purchase made at our shop is upfront and final. There are no other ways around. As well as no return or refund, only exchange.
Our customers must have a video recording proof of our goods being opened to ensure the quality and integrity of our goods, and we will only support customers with said recordings.
We have the right to refuse services to customers who give potentially false addresses, or those that abuse the chargeback system.
3. Shipping and Handling
Our handling process will take up from 2-3 days to ensure quality, and safety of our goods. Depending on geographic regions and locations that shipping duration will varies:
- VN Domestic Shipping: 3-5 days
- Overseas Shipping: 10-15 days
- US-CA Domestic Shipping: 3-10 days
In any case of delays due to unavoidable circumstances, we will also inform you in advance.
If the product is defective, do not use the item. Complete the procedures below within the exchange period specified. We may not be able to accept returns or exchanges if the product has been used or if the exchange period has elapsed.
4. Exchanging Policy
We understand, accidents happened sometimes. And you wanted to request an exchange. That’s understandable! As long as the goods were purchased from Phase Rush Entertainment, and are still in their original condition or worn out before receiving, you can have up to 15 days to return your item back to us!
In case we are out of stock for your existing on-going purchase, we will contact you directly to exchange details and provide you with alternative options so you can make your best decision.
5. What items can I exchange?
Any broken or damaged product must be returned within 15 days from when your order was first delivered to you in order to exchange for a new item.
Before you request an exchange, please to go through a few procedures as listed below:
- You must have a recording of you (the customer) opening the goods to ensure quality check.
- You must have your receipts as a proof of purchase.
- All goods must be put back into their slips and seals before returning.
